I’m Jay, and I am here to accompany you on that journey within, to find your ember and help restore the fire inside. I am a transpersonal counselor and spiritual coach who desires to help each of us live life from a place of joy. I am here to support you on your journey to realize your fullest potential. I want to help you uncover what is getting in the way from you discovering who and what you truly are.

I work with both individuals and couples to engage deeply with themselves and within relationship and to challenge patterns and integrate deep experiences into everyday lives.
